Refund policy

Shipping info:

After placing an order, items will be shipped 1-3 business days. Items will be shipped UPS ground. Please email customerservice@pxclothing.com if you have any questions.

Refund Policy on full price item:

Can I return/exchange sale items?

International: We do NOT accept Returns on International Orders. Refunds will only be given on defective product or wrong styles/size sent.

Domestic (USA):

If for any reason you wish to exchange an item or return it for a refund within 30 days after purchase, please start the process by going to PX EXCHANGES & RETURNS . If you're having any issues, please email customerservice@pxclothing.com with your name, email, Order ID and the item(s) you wish to exchange/return. There will be no refunds or returns after the initial 30 day period has expired. All USA based non final sale orders over $49 are eligible for free return shipping within 30 days. Orders below $49 will be charged $8.50 for a return shipping shipping label. 

Please note: If clothing is returned with signs of use (i.e., stains, odors, fading, or any damage), then PX may not accept it for refund or as a return. 

Upon receipt of any return, merchandise paid for with PayPal will be refunded back to PayPal, minus the deduction of any shipping fees (see above). Further, for purchases made by credit card, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please expect up to three (3) - seven (7) business days for PX to issue a refund after receiving your return. You can expect to see the credit on your billing statement or via Pay Pal likely within three (3) weeks.

Free returns on orders over $49 only applies to domestic (in the continental USA) placed orders. We will NOT cover return shipping for international orders unless the item came damaged or the wrong item/size was sent.

If an order is sent back to the warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect address or due to no answer, the order will be canceled or customer will have to pay for shipping again via PayPal for any further delivery efforts requested by the customer.

Clearance:

We do not offer returns/free exchanges on Clearance sales. All sales are final.
