Extreme Athletes Who Killed the Men Style 2014 Olympics

February 05, 2014

You don't have to be into the Olympics to enjoy the games, and some of your favorite extreme athletes have likely been sent to Russia to rock out the 2014 Sochi games. While the best men style 2014 sports have already passed on the calendar, there are some extreme snowboarders that absolutely killed the competition and that would be beneficial to continue to follow their career. Plus, the majority of them are the epitome of men urban fashion, for those of you who are looking for some fashion inspiration. Here are some of the guys to check out from the Olympics.

USA's Trevor Jacob Came Home With No Metal For Men Style 2014 Snowboardcross

Don’t let his ‘failure’ to capture a metal discourage you from this guy’s extreme sport career. Although he didn’t take the podium, nor did he even make it to the final, this US snowboard cross racer definitely deserves recognition in his own right! USA’s Trevor Jacob is certain that he went through 2 of his races with a broken ankle. Talk about dedication to the sport! He mentioned that he heard a pop when he landed one of his firm jumps in the semifinal heat, but continued for a race to that gold - or even a silver or bronze. Sadly, he didn’t receive any but the 20-year-old athlete is a prime example of living for the dream.

Canada's First Metal Achieved By Mark Morris

This is one name that has taken the snowboarding industry by a storm. The young Canadian won his country’s very first metal for the Olympics in Sochi with a bronze. He went on to say that it felt like a gold metal to him, which is also the epitome of the passion that these athletes have for their extreme sport. While he is a wicked snowboarder in slope style, he is quickly being sponsored by some of the hottest men urban fashion brands - and his style is definitely on point. Although he is barely a “man”, at the mere age of 20, he is taking men style 2014 within snowboard and men urban fashion to the next level. You are certain to be seeing this guy on billboards all around.

Russia's Vic Wild Took The Gold in Men Style 2014

American-born but Russian citizen, Vic Wild took the gold this year for the Sochi games. Hey! Sometime’s it s beneficial to go back… way back to your roots. It certainly was for this guy as he tore up the parallel giant slalom, as his wife competed in the women’s short track speed skating. Aside from his impeccable career, Vic Wild is known for rocking men urban fashion, often seen in tanks and tees that are similar to the Gus Tee with the latest men's style 2014 jacket thrown over the top of it as he hits the slopes.
These are only a few of the extreme sport athletes that competed in men style 2014 - at the Olympics and well throughout their attire as well. Check out their style on and off the slopes to get an incredible idea of men urban fashion.
